Final State Examination
and Graduation
After the students complete all the compulsory courses and gain 300 ECTS, they are eligible to take the Final State Examination and defend their Diploma Thesis.
The Final State Examination consists of five areas:
- Social Pharmacy
- Pharmacognosy
- Pharmaceutical Technology
- Pharmacology and Toxicology
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Final State Examination, including Diploma Thesis defense, is held twice a year, once per semester, in January/February and May/June in the form of an oral exam.
Before taking the examination, students must:
- obtain minimum 300 ECTS
- submit Diploma Thesis - one electronic version uploaded in the IS and one printed version submitted at the study office
- apply for the Final State Examination in the IS, within the prescribed period
